Poo Poo Pro Service Agreement & Disclaimer
By signing up for Poo Poo Pro’s pet waste removal services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment & Cancellation Policy
Customers are required to pay the minimum service fee as agreed upon, regardless of changes or cancellations.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations after payment has been processed.

One-time & initial clean-ups
One-time cleanups are subject to the ability to remove non-frozen and intact waste. Waste that is heavily smooshed, frozen to the ground, or otherwise difficult to pick up may require additional visits or may not be fully removable during the initial service.

Waste Disposal
All pet waste will be double-bagged and placed in the customer’s designated trash can.
If trash cans are inaccessible, the bagged waste will be left outside in a designated area.

Pet Safety & Interaction
For the safety of our team and your pets, please keep pets indoors whenever possible during service.
If your pet must remain outside, please inform us in advance.
Our team may offer treats or toys as a friendly gesture. If your pet cannot receive treats or toys, please notify us ahead of time.
